Yes: Cervical spondylosis refers to arthritis of the neck bones. Arthritis can lead to enlargement of the joints in the neck that can press on nerves that travel through that area of the spine. Possible symptoms include pain, numbness or weakness in the arms in the areas that are supplied by those nerves. Severe narrowing can lead to compression of the spinal cord causing difficulty walking.
