Hydration: Like my father says to much of anything isn't good for you. An average person should drink 3l of water daily to keep homeostasis or balance in the body. Water is lost through the skin, breathing, urinating, and having bowel movements not to mention losses due to increasing stress such as infection or increased metabolism. Drinking water will keep you balanced and hydrated for daily activity.
