A member asked:

College work causing headaches, what to do?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Studying: Studying at a desk or computer is a common cause of muscle tension in the neck, shoulders and jaw. When concentrating on books or a computer screen posture is often poor and we often sit in one position for prolonged times. All of that can make it feel like college work is causing your headaches!
