Magnesium Deficiency: Fine tune you wellness program with vits minerals, stretching yoga and massage. A good deep tissue specialist will unlock your neck, shoulders and jaws to turn off the headache triggers. Acupuncture is my treatment of choice. Magnesium glycinate as in kal branded is one of the best. Epsoms salts soaking is a great way to peace and quiet. Stay away from opiates, soma, (carisoprodol) ultram and butalbital.

Fibromyalgia: Could be fibromyalgia or rheumatoid arthritis on top of a migraine disorder. A medical evaluation would be best here due to your history of trauma.

See below: If you played a contact sport such as football, i would be more concerned about generalized osteoarthritis. Your headaches could be from degenerative disk disease in your neck or if you had concussions while playing your sport, this may be the result of past concussion. See your primary, but you may need to be evaluated by neurologist as the headaches may be the more concerning issue here.
