Very unlikely: Huntington's is of dominant inheritance and must be in the parents to get it as one of the children. This assumes you are certain of your parentage. Very rarely there are new mutations which could show up but that is nothing to worry about for this rare condition to begin with. At your age, it probably would have shown up if you had it.

Why do you ask?: Was another family member affected? People may be carriers of the premutation for Hunginton and never develop the disease. However, their children will have one chance in 2 of inheriting the disordered gene, with increased risk of it becoming activated. It is quite complex, and if present in your family, you merit a genetic consultation. See hdsa.org
