ADHD: Usually ADHD presents in grade school. The work gets harder and more focus and attention is needed so symptoms become more obvious. With the new awareness of ADD and ADHD it is more easily recognized and many adults realize that they have had these symptoms for years. However, there are other medical conditions that can mimic ADHD so an evaluation by your doc is recommended.
