No: It may cause you feel congested but it will not cause an actual cold.

Crying ; colds: Crying does not make you catch a cold. Oftentimes that is what a lot of people think. When you cry too much, you produce more tears than the eyes can hold, so the excess tears trickle down your cheeks and down the tear ducts, located in the corners of your eyes into your nose. Now there is your "colds"!
