Highly unlikely: Opioid drugs rarely produce any kinds of symptoms like that, unless the individual is strongly predisposed - a young person with early onset schizophrenia, for example. This reaction is more commonly caused by marijuana or hallucinogenic drugs than by opioids. The use of an opioid antagonist like Narcan (naloxone) in a fully dependent person on vicodin/percocet can precipitate a psychotic delirious state.
