Could the plantar facsia in your foot cramp at all?

Plantar fascia : Is an anatomical structure, it is a brad banded ligament it is not a cramp. One could get a cramp in that region of the foot but i believe it's the muscle that cramps not the fascia.

Plantar fascia: As stated by Dr Kass , the plantar fascia is a ligament and does not cramp as it does not have contractile function as a muscle does. Overuse usually causes muscles to cramp . See your podiatrist for assistance
