Sleep: Not long lasting effects per se, but if you have bad sleep habits as a child, sometimes you can always be a bad sleeper, and when you are a bad sleeper, you can be more susceptible on getting run down and getting sick. Only thing that maybe needs to be checked out for permanent effects is if you have sleep apnea. Undiagnosed, yes that can lead to issues to your body long term.
