NO: Omega 3 is an antioxidant that may be useful in preventing coronary artery disease but does not improve anxiety. This is a serious problem that requires medication and supervision.

Anxiety: Have a consultation with your doctor to see if there's a medical condition underlying the anxiety. Then have a psychiatric consultation to get more direction as to additional treatment for anxiety. At that point, counseling can also help. Where did you get the idea about omega 3 and anxiety? Supplements and vitamins should be approached with knowledge, wisdom and some supervision.
