Probably not: Pain is always partially "in your head" because it is your brain that processes pain. Besides getting the right input from the painful area of the body, the brain also takes into account emotional signals when producing our personal experience of pain. Everybody experiences pain differently.

There are several: types of headaches and they can be quite debilitating. Please start by seeing your doctor and possibly a mental health professional to help you cope w/the headaches. There are many techniques you can learn to lessen or stop them. Peace and good health.
