A member asked:

Could hypnotherapy help me forget someone?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Probably not: Hypnosis probably cannot be used to forget someone. I tried using it for 2 patients who wanted to give it a try. It was not helpful for that. I have not heard of any other hypnotherapist who has been successful using hypnosis to help a patient forget someone. But that doesn' t mean that it can't be done.
