Everyone has some capacity to enter this state, but some can do so more easily than others. It has been shown to help with pain, anxiety, smoking cessation and other medical conditions.

Not sure of question: If you're asking whether you can have hypnosis, most people are able to have hypnotherapy done...You're willingnes to have the procedure goes a long way in determing the outcome. If you're asking what it can be used for...Many things...Anxiety, smoking cessation, pain management, bruxism, phobias, and more.
