Could excessive use of baby wipes down there cause pimples?

Diaper rash: Some wipes have soap, fragrance and alcohol. These can irritate their skin. However, this is more like an irritation type rash. It could also be an allergy to the wipes. It could also be just from urine or BM. Switch to a sensitive skin soap and a soft baby wash cloth, till it's clear. If this doesn't work, have it looked at. If it clears, try the wipes again and see what happens.
