Baby had like a big pimple boil bu her old injection spot i want to know what caused it and what should i do?

Assessment: Don't know how long ago she had her injection or what it was. However if she has a large boil (abscess?) consider having her pediatrician or your family doctor look at it. If it is more like a pimple - consider use of warm compresses. If the area is red, warm, tender or swollen - it may be an infection.
