Not recommended: choice. Bipolar disorder Tx Meds fall into classes of mood stabilizers (Lithium​/ anticonvulsants like valproic acid, divalproex or lamotrigine) & atypical antipsychotics (Quetiapine, aripiprazole, olanzapine or risperidone).
