No. Autistic : Spectrum disorder, the current diagnosis for AS, PDD-NOS & autism, occurs in biological boys:biological girls in a 4:1 ratio. Otherwise, this is an equal-opportunity neurodevelopmental disorder for all races, creeds & sexual preferences. Bipolar disorder & the disorder formerly known as Asperger's, both have evidence of right hemisphere deficits, can co-occur & run in the same family.

No : Autism can lead to a lot of difficulties, and so can transgerder status. I don't think one makes the other worse.
