Education & support: Learning how to make lifestyle changes & having the support of professionals (even better, maybe peers) is what obesity health education can provide. Changing habits can be difficult even for the strongest of wills. Learning tricks & tips & having positive role models & support systems can reinforce behavioral change (i.e., diet changes, exercise regimens, approaches to body image & self esteem.).
