Unlikely: The vast majority of heart attacks result from plaque buildup in the arteries, either from ruptured plaque or narrowing the artery. 15 years old is too young to build up much plaque.

Heart attack: If the 15 year old had kawasaki disease he runs the rare risk of having a heart attack.
