Contain sucrose: While the active ingredient is calcium carbonate, the primary inactive ingredient is sucrose (table sugar). One probably wouldn't throw your blood sugar totally out of whack, but if you ate a couple of them it certainly could have an effect. Would probably advise against them in your instance.
