Is it new?: A new, obvious breast irregularity is worth discussing with your physician and perhaps getting a mammogram as it can mean cancer. Otherwise, all women's breasts have some irregularity. Unless it's so unusual that people ask you about it, I'd ignore it and be thankful for good health.
