NO!!!!: Inflammatory breast cancer is a very rapidly enlarging redness of the breast in one spot, rapidly spreading across the whole breast, and sometime parts of chest or back. Unlike an abscess, which is a local pocket of pus, is usually not painful. Other causes are a benign skin growth, or pimple. See a good breast surgeon right away! good luck!
