Blood pressure: How high is your blood pressure? If the systolic is over 200 or the diastolic over 130 then the er is likely a good idea. It might be a good idea if its lower if you have symptoms like chest pain or dizziness. 'super high' needs definition but you should consult your doctor about your blood pressure at the very least.
