What happened?: This is often done as part of bonding rituals. I can't recommend it as healthy and it's transmitted hepatitis B, again which you are hopefully immunized. I do not know of other illnesses being passed in this way. You don't describe the details, but if you are concerned, phone your personal physician with the full story.
