HIV is hard to get: This is not a scenario that describes how HIV is contracted. Of course blood or semen can cause infection in they are directly introduced into the body's cavities. Contact through a cut in the skin just is not part of the story in those with HIV in the world. If it was health care workers, prison workers, spouses and other care givers at home would be infected and they are not.
