A member asked:

As a child, i was deficient in many vitamins especially vitamin d, does this explain why i'm 4'10"?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

It is possible....: Vitamin d is involved with bone growth and development and a lack of this important vitamin could be a cause for someone who is short in stature. There are other causes including genetic ones that may cause someone to be shorter.
