Do you mean : for itchy scalp or dry scalp. If that is the case try a dandruff shampoo. if not improving you may need prescription from derm

Weeds in the garden: Eczema is not curable, but it is controllable. I tell my patients that it's like weeds in the garden: when it's there, you treat it, when it's not, you don't. If your "special" shampoo and cream control your eczema when it recurs, great. If not, ask your doctor for different ones, until you find the combination that works best for you.

No, : Ask your doctor if a maintenance application would benefit but there are many different medicated shampoos some more toxic than others
