Topical steroids: Scalp psoriasis is difficult to treat. There are several products that you need to try at the same time: ketoconazole or tar shampoo vitamin d foam or cream strong topical steroids nightime treatment to the scalp in a form of an oil or ointment that you can wash off in am see your dermatologist again don't give up.
