Snacking weight gain: Snacking can be a very problematic process for individuals trying to loose weight. While it is perfectly natural to snack, sometimes we snack because the meal before wasn't very balanced for our particular dietary needs. The appetite that drives us to snack is telling us that we didn't eat enough 2-3 hrs earlier. For starters, eat slow, try fruits and vegetables. And control the snack portion size.
