Suicidal: If you're "suicidal again" it means you need more help, and your treatment needs to be adjusted. What will happen when you tell your doctor depends on the treatment plan you've set up together. If you're in imminent danger of harming yourself, hospitalization could be needed. If chronically suicidal, dialectic behavioral therapy might be added for more help dealing with painful emotion.
