nutritious choices: To make sure you get enough protein and other important nutrients , get different kind of lean meat packed in tortillas or whole grain breads , beans of different kinds , fresh veggies and fruits , yoghurt esp greek yoghurt , tofu , boiled egg , egg salad ,nuts , and sardines .
