Magnesium: Magnesium supplements are not recommended nor necessary for our bodies. They often will cause diarrhea and make matters worse rather than better. Feel like you want more magnesium? Think whole grains, vegetables, seeds and nuts, particularly almonds. That's your best bet! Good luck.

Magnesium: Magnesium is beneficial, and most people are deficient. However, magnesium oxide is not the best form for supplementation as it is generally poorly absorbed.
