please explain which exercises are ok to do with a brain injury?

Depends: on how far along in recovery you are. You should discuss this with your treating doc(s). Most important is not to reinjure the brain for at least 6-12 months. You've got to wear a helmet if you're biking, motorcycling,etc. .I'd avoid contact sports for a year. Swimming, walking, treadmill (non-impact injuries are usually fine. Try to keep it low impact.
