Really very few: Older tests could have false positives caused by Ibuprofen and other nsaids, but newer tests do not. I am only aware of Protonix (pantoprazole) causing false positives on screening tests. A confirmatory test, which should always be done if testing for forensic purposes (jobs, legal etc.), will not have false positives and can reliably detect thc. Hemp oil or hemp teas will give a true positive.
