None: There is no prescription medication that will give a false positive for cannabis. The prescription medication Marinol is the only prescription medication that would give a positive result for THC on a urine test, and that is not a "false" positive, it contains THC. Medical marijuana will also give a positive on a urine drug screen, but again, not a "false" positive.
