I take 40mg of omeprazole and i haven't smoked any weed in months. i have a drug test coming up, i've been testing myself at home and i've tested positive for thc. i've read that omeprazole can cause false positive? is that possible?

If you have not smoked weed for months, the positive urine test for THC is likely false positive and it can be due to taking omeprazole. You should switch Omeprazole to Famotidine for at least a week before the test day.
