A member asked:

Please explain what does it mean when your igg and igga lab results are below normal?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Humoral immune-: deficiency All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, low levels of IgG and IgA indicate deficiency of antibodies and susceptibility to infections and auto-immune disorders.
