What do you mean?: Most family docs and gynecologist will do regular breast exams looking for lumps. A radiologist will read the mammogram. A radiologist or a surgeon will do a biopsy and a pathologist will look at the tissue under the microscope. I'm not sure what you mean by "checking" for breast cancer.
