Healthy, of course: Healthy foods are best. Often eating 5-6 smaller meals a day - every 3-4 hours, helps maintain more stable blood sugar and improves energy levels. I suggest shopping only on the "perimeter" of the grocery - whatever you can buy along the outer edge - fruits, veggies, dairy and meat - buy. Avoid venturing into the middle aisles where the processed foods live!
