Please explain what do i do if i see someone having an asthma attack?

Severe call 911: If moderate and the patient is doing 'ok' use the rescue inhaler and when stable should call primary md. Should rescue inhalers not work 911 or er if severe attack and lots of trouble breathing call 911. Asthma may be fatal in some cases.
