It very much: Depends on where the bullet entered and what area it traversed. The calibre helps also. The treatment could be as simple as a dressing, tetanus shot, maybe an antibiotic and analgesic all the way to pulling out all the stops in an effort to save a life, complete with surgeons, operating room, etc. No generic answer to that question.
