Apply triple antibiotic cream to prevent infection. If you develop a sore, discharge, bleeding or a lump, see a doctor. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV, Flu and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!

The main concern with a tear in the frenulum is bleeding. Since this was apparently not the case, and there must be some interval since the tear occurred and now, I would suggest that if it remains raw, put an OTC antibiotic ointment on it to prevent infection, and allow it to heal. If it is not healing, see a urologist.
