Help is possible: Symptoms of depression include sad mood and loss of interest in usually pleasurable things for greater than 2 weeks. Also there are changes in sleep (too much or not enough); energy (slowed down or agitated); and appetite (could have little appetite w/weight loss, or eating too much w/weight gain). Difficulty concentrating ; making decisions. Frequent thoughts of death ; suicide. It's treatable.
