Support group: Try support groups and find people to discuss your problems with. Also try to avoid foods associated with migraines, get 8 hours of sleep, drink plenty of fluids, either stop or continue caffeine intake on the regular basis and try water therapy or swimming to decrease overall muscle tension and feelings of exhaustion and depression.

Are you seeing: A psychiatrist or primary care physician? Have you met with a psychologist to talk about your depression? If you are not getting the help you need consult with another professional for a second opinion. There are different kinds of treatment for depression , cognitive behavioral, analytic, different medications to try. Don't get discouraged try a different approach.
