Diet benefits: Apricots are full of fiber, potassium, magnesium, B, C vitamins, and antioxidants. Prunes provide lots of fiber, and some antioxidants and B, C vitamins. Walnuts provide E vitamins, unsaturated omega fats. All beneficial. All are good sources of calories. Walnuts provide some proteins as well.
