Im 6'2 182lbs. i haven't consistently lifted in 6 months and used to weigh 205lbs. i still play bball tho. could the weight loss be from no lifting?

Weight loss: Three things. Your efficient muscles can be burning calories with your good metabolism. You could be eating less calories since you are working out less and may subconsciously have adjusted. Or, with less workouts you are losing muscle.
