Azithromycin: Nausea to the point of vomiting is a known side effect of Azithromycin taken by mouth. The vomiting comes within minutes after the medication was taken, and relief comes pretty instantly, because it is out of the body - unfortunately the healing effect is gone, too. If you keep the a.
