Healthy weight loss: You can' t lose weight without a low calorie diet and regular exercise, . Try cardio and exercises that target your waist and hips. Avoid excess sugar and simple carbohydrate intake ( stop eating rice!) drink more water and lowfat milk instead of soft drinks and fruit juices. Stick with your exercise and modified diet regimen and you will get a flatter tummy and slimmer hips. Good luck!
