Forget "ideal": What's your ideal height, or even weight? It differs for sprinters versus linebackers. And you are a human being, not a set of numbers. When i was lifting weights daily, my creatinine ran 1.6-1.7 and that was fine. Muscular guys run high. It's more important that you're exercising than that you even monitor a number. With good glucose control, your kidneys should remain healthy.
